新北市衛生局結合警察局查出疑似在FACEBOOK散播MERS謠言者，今天經新北市警察局刑大約談到案，當事人坦承捏造，全案移送地檢署偵辦。衛生局長林奇宏表示，其行為已涉嫌違反傳染病防治法第63條規定，最高可科新台幣50萬元罰金，民眾切勿以身觸法。
