立法院副院長洪秀柱參選總統聲勢逐漸看漲，台商圈透露，在年輕一輩，許多人支持洪秀柱，欣賞她能言敢講，此時推出黑馬未嘗不好，但也憂心民進黨總統參選人蔡英文和大陸採取對抗立場，將不利兩岸互動。

皇冠集團董事長江永雄12日指出，大陸台商支持王金平、吳敦義、洪秀柱的聲音都有，不過年輕一代很多支持洪；洪秀柱日前的演講點出許多執政黨遇到的問題核心，「講出來的影響，很鼓舞人心」。

元大創投董事長李克明認為，不要一味去定義誰是A咖，柯文哲當初投入選舉時，很多人也不看好他；如果在檯面上的人都做不好，來個黑馬，未嘗不是好事。他指出，如果民進黨上台，兩岸關係倒退，並非大家所樂見，所以推出洪秀柱也算是在找「新的突破」。

江永雄憂心，如果2016是蔡英文上台，執政後仍與大陸採取對抗立場，和大陸越離越遠的狀態，台灣恐怕會在選舉後，吃到實質苦頭。

TLC集團首席執行官何再生認為，當前台灣政治混亂、經濟衰退、人心缺乏自信，希望台灣不要再故步自封。
